U.S.-Mexico Sugar Deal Amendments Upheld By Trade Court
As reported by Bloomberg Law, the Court of International Trade has rejected CSC Sugar’s challenge to the 2020 amendments to the suspension agreements with Mexico.
Dietary Guidelines Committee Recommendation for Added Sugars
The Dietary Guidelines Advisory Committee (DGAC) plans to recommend that added sugars constitute no more than 6 percent of calories, a reduction from the current recommendation of 10 percent.
