Dept. of Commerce Federal Register – Administrative Review of Suspension Agreements

In the 12/02/20 Federal Register, the International Trade Administration announced an opportunity for interested parties to request an annual administrative review of the US-Mexico sugar suspension agreements.

Since SUA is not considered an interested party, we will not be requesting an administrative review of the antidumping and countervailing duty suspension agreements.
