Dept. of Commerce Federal Register – AD & CVD Sugar Suspension Agreements Reaffirmed

In the 10/29/20 Federal Register, the Commerce Department (DOC) published the final results of its 2018 administrative reviews of the suspension agreements with Mexico covering antidumping and countervailing duties on sugar.

The DOC found that the respondents complied with the agreements and the agreements continue to meet statutory requirements.
