In the June 9, 2020 Federal Register, USDA announced the FY 2021 tariff-rate quotas for raw cane and refined sugar.
The raw sugar TRQ is set at the WTO minimum, as required by law.
The refined quota is set at the WTO minimum plus an additional 140,000 metric tons, raw value, of specialty sugars, which will be available in five first-come, first-served tranches.
