The Department of Commerce tomorrow will issue preliminary findings from the 2018 administrative reviews of the anti-dumping and countervailing duty suspension agreements with Mexico.
These are separate from the ongoing 5-year reviews.
In both cases, Commerce finds that the Mexican sugar industry has complied with the agreements and that the agreements met their statutory requirements.
