Below are the final AD and CVD amendments to the suspension agreements on sugar from Mexico, as signed yesterday. The effective date of these amendments is January 15, 2020.
- Raw sugar continues to be defined as less than 99.2 polarity with certain exceptions.
- Refined sugar continues to be defined as 99.2 polarity and above with certain exceptions.
- Reference prices remain at 28 cents per pound for refined sugar and 23 cents per pound for raw sugar.
