Another 100,000 short tons of refined sugar imports was just announced (see below memorandum from Commerce). This additional refined sugar will not be subject to the 30% refined and 70% raw split under the suspension agreements with Mexico. It is also not subject to the shipping requirements under the suspension agreements.
