USTR Federal Register – FY 2020 TRQ Sugar Allocations

In the below July 15th edition of the Federal Register, the Office of the U.S. Trade Representative (USTR) announced the fiscal year 2020 tariff-rate quota (TRQ) allocations for raw sugar, refined sugar (including specialty sugar) and sugar-containing products. As usual, the specialty sugar quota will be opened in five first-come, first-served tranches over the course of the fiscal year.
