Sugar Program Repeal Bill (Rep. Scott Perry, R-10th PA)

Below is a bill introduced by Representative Scott Perry (R-10^th PA) that would repeal the sugar program.  The bill is titled “Saving Workers by Eliminating Economic Tampering Act” or the “SWEET Act.”  Other work is under way this summer on additional legislation that would reform the sugar program.
