On August 13, USTR issued a list of Chinese goods that will be subject to a 10% U.S. tariff.
Below is a list of sugar-containing products from China facing a 10% tariff that will be effective on September 1.
The last page of the attachment identifies tariff line 1212.91 – “Sugar beet, fresh, chilled, frozen or dried, whether or not ground” as not subject to the 10% tariff until December 15.
